Read the community guidelinesTo their credit, they were upfront that it was a short-term position.
(Although they only notified me after I had already gone to the interview and completed all the paperwork.)
They also explained the working hours; it isn't necessarily 8:30–17:00 every day.
This application was for their administrative customer service part-time position.
It was a short-term position, but it was categorized as a long-term position on the Part Time Job platform.
Only after I arrived did I discover that it was a short-term position, lasting from February to June.
None
Part-time employees may be told on the same day that their shifts have been cut at any time due to the workload. None of this was explained during the application process, yet they expect you to accommodate overtime. You only find out when you receive your paycheck that being one minute late results in half an hour’s pay being deducted, and overtime of less than half an hour is not paid. There was also no prior notice whatsoever. This is an absolutely awful company!
