Pros
The department manager was very friendly during the interview, and we had a pleasant conversation. However, the company keeps salaries confidential, so the department manager could not be involved in salary negotiations; compensation was discussed directly with Finance.
Cons
When discussing salary, they will try every possible way to make things difficult, all to cut the salary level—they can only afford to pay peanuts.
