Read the community guidelinesThey invited me to an interview, asked only two questions, and then discussed the salary. They cut it by tens of thousands and still asked whether I could accept it. I said no, so they told me to leave. They were blunt and had no class. They even taunted me, saying I had no kitchenware experience. I don’t know whether they were inviting people to an interview or to pick a fight.
Poor interview attitude, inconvenient transportation, and the salary level is only suitable for graduates.
None
Many years ago, I interviewed for an administrative position. They had someone from a different department who was unrelated to the position act as the interviewer, and even asked me to take documents that were still in boxes after they had just moved and put them away, saying it was a test. They were basically taking advantage of the interviewee to get free work done. They even said I should be hired and that they would notify me when to come to work, but of course, nothing ever came of it.
Absolutely none
Terrible… it couldn’t possibly be any worse
The company environment is beautiful
1. They always say they are a small company and cannot offer high salaries, and the expected salary you wrote down will be cut directly.
2. The reason for cutting the salary seems more like unwillingness to offer it rather than a genuine inability to afford it.
The work environment is quite nice; the front courtyard surprisingly has trees and a pond. The supervisor seems eager to push for strong performance, as if it were a stage.
Transportation is not very convenient, as there is no MRT station nearby. For an entry-level employee, being interviewed by someone at the director level is quite intimidating~
The interviewer asked many intrusive questions completely unrelated to the job. After obtaining the information, they dismissed it based on their own views. Personally, I felt that although they showed respect toward the interviewee, I was not treated with respect.
