Simply a company that violates labor laws: a responsibility-based system, no overtime pay for overtime work, and requiring employees to falsify clock-in records.
As long as someone investigates, they will definitely find violations. I don't know how the company has managed to evade detection and continue acting recklessly.
The environment is dirty, it shares restrooms with other companies, and there is often a foul odor.
Advice to job seekers: Run!
