Pros

Getting off work, taking holidays, and resigning

Cons

Endless meetings, held frequently and lasting a long time (starting from 2–3 hours). During meetings, everyone keeps their heads down in silence while watching the boss single-handedly paint grand visions or pound the table and yell on an endless loop. They especially like scheduling meetings before lunch and before the end of the workday, taking up employees’ break and off-hours. Meetings have no agenda or topic, so no one has any idea what they are about.

Eight to nine out of every ten employees in the entire company are the boss’s or the boss’s wife’s own people, such as relatives and classmates. They monitor what time employees clock out; clocking out on time is considered a sign of problematic attendance.

I heard there are hidden cameras in the office monitoring employees’ every move (not even the Emperor’s Real Madrid would be this excessive). There have also been multiple occasions when there were signs that computers and desks had been searched... The accountant acts as a human surveillance camera, monitoring employees and following them to the warehouse and restroom, hiding in the corner of the warehouse to eavesdrop on employees’ conversations.

Labor and health insurance are reported at the minimum salary level, and there is no overtime pay. There is no employee welfare committee, yet money is forcibly deducted every month, and no one knows what it is used for.

Every month, employees are also forced to read a book and write a report about it, then give a presentation. We are not allowed to read or write it at the company, which effectively means taking the work home.
