Making cold calls for business development
Although the position is listed as Advertising AE, it is essentially a sales role.
It was a group interview, but they barely asked any questions. The entire hour was spent listening to an introduction to the company’s benefits and job responsibilities. If you wanted to know more details, you had to ask on your own. The supervisor mentioned that many new hires resign after not staying very long.
The reviews for the location on Google Maps are more entertaining.

The position is advertised as an advertising AE, but in reality they expect you to work in a call center. The rules they describe are extremely unclear, and if you raise concerns or challenge anything, they say you don’t trust your supervisor. My advice to fresh graduates: don’t waste your time interviewing.
Interviewed for a telesales position/advertising AE, selling the ad network
*You really can't know the company's actual pros and cons without joining, and who would mention the company's shortcomings in an interview?*
There is one week of training, and transportation expenses are provided, but I didn't ask how much they were or what the training covered.
The interview was conducted as a group interview. The meeting room could probably seat around eight or nine people.
The interviewer introduced the company using a presentation. They first introduced the company's products, followed by the company background, and finally the promotion opportunities and salary. It was fine for the interviewees to take notes on all of the above.
This was my first time participating in this kind of interview. Compared with a one-on-one interview, it felt good that the promotion opportunities and salary were introduced transparently and openly, but I don't know what things are actually like internally. I hope others can share information about the actual working atmosphere inside the company and other aspects.

The environment is so-so
During the interview, they said the training period was five days and that you would be paid for however many days you attended, but in the end, there was actually no pay at all.
