Cons
The culture of senior employees throwing their weight around is strong. They never explain things clearly in advance, then blame newcomers for how they handled things after they have had to learn the hard way. Two-faced behavior—one way behind your back and another to your face! Senior employees are all very afraid of being replaced, so consider whether you can adapt to this kind of culture before deciding whether to join.
