A large madhouse.
1. Meetings are not documented at all. Matters raised today can be immediately forgotten the next day, followed by a different version of what was discussed. When reminded, they pretend to be experienced and find excuses to lecture you. It is not helpful to the work at all.
2. The boss and the boss’s wife are fighting for control. The two of them can argue over a single project for a long time. After they finally sort things out and you carry out the work, the boss’s wife calls to scold you for the poor results. What is going on here???
3. They said the computer hardware would be installed, but after four whole months it still could not be installed. The installation arrangements kept changing: one moment the head office was responsible, and the next the branch office was handling it. The whole thing was utterly ridiculous!!!
4. A company with absolutely no prospects.

1. The boss does not care about the employees’ well-being
There was an incident in which the company’s product, “bleaching powder,” spontaneously combusted in the warehouse. After the fire department extinguished it, the boss told us to move the bleaching powder that had not caught fire but had been sprayed with water back to the company, repackage it, and sell it to customers. He did not care that it might spontaneously combust again or that the product might pose safety concerns; he still wanted it sold to customers. For about two weeks, the company was filled with the smell of chemical fumes. Later, it spontaneously combusted again in the office on a Sunday. Fortunately, everyone was off that day. Even after the incident, he still wanted to sell the product to customers.
2. The boss sexually harasses young female employees, and the boss’s wife is two-faced
At first, I thought the boss was simply very outspoken and easygoing. That was until a senior accountant warned me to be careful around him and said that the boss’s wife might pick on me. At the time, I did not understand why.
Later❗️the boss actually said during work hours that I should accompany him to see an ophthalmologist, supposedly to look after his car. As an administrative staff member, this was completely outside my job responsibilities. On another occasion, I wore a relatively narrow long skirt with a small slit at the hem for ease of walking. When the boss called me into his office to give me instructions, he began by saying, “Girls wearing skirts like that are really unbearable! (sound of sucking in saliva)”
There is also the two-faced boss’s wife. Whenever the boss assigns a project that requires spending money, she does not want to pay for it! But she will not tell the boss not to do it. Instead, she scolds the employee so harshly that you are left wondering whether you are supposed to do it or not, putting you in a dilemma before you have to ask the boss whether the project should continue. The boss will say to continue with the project, but when you ask for the necessary funds, his wife will use it as an excuse to randomly berate you without ever getting to the point. Basically, she simply does not intend to give you the money needed to complete the project properly!
