Read the community guidelinesThe lady boss is very easy to get along with.
This is a family business that imports and sells luxury goods. The primary owners are a husband-and-wife team whose backgrounds are in sales and business development. Both of them only understand price-cutting competition and lack sufficient professional abilities (language skills and aesthetic sensibility) to conduct international luxury-goods trade. They cannot communicate in English or write simple English correspondence, and they are extremely stingy with employees. The company has no benefits system whatsoever, salaries for all positions are very low, and the company uses pirated software throughout. It also has no marketing budget, and the rates offered to photographers for commissioned projects are far below market rates. The company does not provide labor or health insurance.
Amazingly, there are almost none
Except that salaries are paid very punctually
The lower the salary, the better
The work environment is average
The business operations are a complete mess, and employees with different sexual orientations are discriminated against
(I’m sorry, but the other party simply has no interest in you)
Employee management is extremely lax, and task assignments are also a complete mess.
None at all
The company is stingy and offers no benefits
Everything written on 104 is a lie; the company does not actually have that many employees
