1. Architects like hiring fresh graduates, so it’s easy to get in without experience
Cons
1. Exploitative working conditions and extremely high turnover
2. Very harsh treatment of workers
3. I worked at the firm about 10 years ago. We often worked overtime until dawn to compete in design competitions, sometimes working continuously for over 30 hours
