1. Even when salaries are paid late, employees are not notified. Employees have to ask themselves before being told that there was a problem with the accounting handover and that salaries could not be paid.
(Salaries were delayed by approximately 8–9 days.)
2. The company has few employees, and job responsibilities are poorly defined.
3. The company hires part-time workers but is unwilling to follow the Labor Standards Act regarding overtime pay for work exceeding 8 hours.
4. The company does not sign employment contracts; contracts are signed afterward only when employees request them.
5. Employees are not enrolled in labor insurance after starting work. Even after asking, the enrollment could not be located, and there are many accounting problems.
6. All of the above were reported to the New Taipei City Labor Department, and the company was fined. Friends considering an interview should make their own decision!!
