A small company with a small restaurant that isn’t going anywhere.
They were looking for someone to go out and sell yogurt drinks and similar products.
They expected the employee to purchase their own cooler, offered only a basic salary with no fuel allowance,
and the sales territory was absurdly large—from Kaohsiung City to Jiasian and Pingtung.
They wouldn’t explain how the salary was calculated. They claimed to provide labor and health insurance, but when I requested the insurance records, it turned out I wasn’t insured at all.
Terrible company
Working 85 hours every two weeks, with no overtime pay. On top of that, you have to attend a meeting one Saturday every month. I heard from senior colleagues that there aren't even any holiday bonuses. The turnover rate is really high!
