Most of my colleagues are very nice.
Cons
The supervisor is very [censored], treating part-time student workers like full-time employees, while the teachers’ schedules are packed to an unreasonable extent. Everyone is extremely busy, yet the pay is very low.
The staff turnover rate is very high; several full-time teachers and part-time student workers do not stay for long.
Part-time student workers are not covered by labor or health insurance...
