1. Poor salary and benefits. Festival gifts consist of the company’s own products, and you must have worked for more than six months before receiving them according to the applicable quota.
2. Everything is treated like an urgent task. Put nicely, you could call it a fast pace; less kindly, it is disorganized. The company has a high turnover rate, especially in the sales department. More than 50% are newcomers who have been there for less than six months.
3. Although the bosses are willing to communicate, when it comes to things they insist on doing, their management style is still quite authoritarian. Decisions that have already been discussed and agreed upon are also often changed at the last minute, or even completely overturned, causing quite a few people to leave because they cannot take it anymore.
4. The company is small, so everyone has to handle multiple tasks. Quite a few duties are actually unrelated to one’s own job, such as moving things, but everyone is expected to pitch in and help.
5. The two bosses are married. They are very hypocritical, especially the woman; she hides a knife behind her smile.
Terrible
A husband-and-wife company. The wife, who invested the money, is an outsider to the field; the accountant is a snitch who spills the beans. Not a good place to work.
