Applied for a project manager position. There was a written test and an interview. The written test covered logic, computer fundamentals, data structures, and the C language. During the interview, they just flipped through my résumé and casually asked about my past work experience. The job posting said salary was negotiable, but they did not discuss salary with me; they simply told me that everything followed company policy and that it was up to me whether I wanted to join. Engineers and administrative staff sit together, and almost everyone is a recent graduate. They only say that the company’s performance is very good, but they completely disregard talent.
