I decided to leave after almost three months. I applied for the position of production control assistant. The supervisor is in charge of production control, and their tone is sometimes pleasant and sometimes unpleasant. They sometimes teach you things and sometimes refuse to; they say you should ask questions if you have problems, but at times they answer very impatiently. What kind of supervisor is unwilling and resentful about it? In any case, the turnover for the production control assistant position is very high, which is probably also because of the supervisor.
The supervisor sometimes talks with accounting about the neighboring business department behind their backs, while pretending on the surface to be kind and approachable. If there is someone they dislike, they are very good at making things difficult for that person. After almost three months of working with them, my assessment is: arrogant and self-important. You can apply for positions in other departments, but please think twice before applying for the production control assistant position.
