It was confirmed... indeed stingy and vindictive, to an extent that should not be underestimated. Don't expect too much in terms of salary or personal growth

There is absolutely no architect's sophistication
The work environment is really good.
The boss is very narrow-minded.
They say the salaries are very high, but in reality they hire employees in Taichung using Yunlin salary standards.
Whenever there is a problem, they push employees out to take the blame.
You will also see many instances of the boss bragging and deceiving clients who commission engineering projects.
After working for more than three months, they pretend not to know about the promised salary increase.
They love to brag to contractors who come to discuss designs, claiming that they have won Gold Quality Awards and so on. However, industry insiders all know how poor the on-site construction quality is. They may have won awards because some inexplicable force is propping them up—possibly employees working themselves to the bone, among other things.
I recently learned that new employees are only offered salaries starting with “3.” Then they give you a bunch of lofty visions.
By the way, they recently fired a colleague who helped the company put out fires.
When the COVID-19 outbreak occurred in Taoyuan, this colleague was forced to handle cases even while attending the year-end banquet. In the end, when the matter was almost resolved, the boss simply stopped trusting the colleague and assigned the case to someone else. The colleague still ended up handling it.
Afterward, they subjected this colleague to the silent treatment and deliberately ostracized them.
The company’s location is fairly convenient.
The boss is very impulsive and thin-skinned, unable to take criticism, and is good at talking about grand dreams—but when it comes to actually making them happen, well,呵呵.
As for the salary, they want to hire humans with bananas... Dream on.

Don’t expect too much from the salary; he thinks his benefits are already very good and cannot be increased further
