The work pressure is extremely high. Even though there are only a few PEs, they can still form little factions. There is one foreigner who loves calling other people stupid ^^ (very narcissistic and thinks they are extremely attractive and smart....)
As long as you can’t keep up with their pace, you’re considered stupid. But they often don’t state the subject when they speak, so you’re basically left guessing what they’re talking about.
They also expect you to start working without providing complete basic training. If you can’t react quickly enough, they say you’re not sharp enough...
The accountant is very calculating, so be careful around this person. They are also very good at creating divisions...
This company really likes laying people off, so everyone be careful. Unless you’re genuinely very good at socializing and can blend in, if you ask a question they consider stupid, prepare to be harshly ridiculed⋯⋯
Also, it’s a responsibility-based system with unlimited working hours. Although receiving the bonus may make you feel like you’ve earned a lot of money, once you factor in the overtime hours, it’s actually just your overtime pay being paid out all at once⋯
