Not okay at all. The environment is bad in every way, and colleagues smoke. The terms are not quite the same as what was originally said, and the supervisor is also terrible, deliberately bullying newcomers.

The probationary period is seven days. During the probationary period, they threaten not to pay you if you do not complete the seven days. If they think you are unsuitable, they deliberately make things difficult for you and pressure you to resign.
