1. The salary is not high. The company has a three-month probation period, but if you make even one mistake, your supervisor will extend it by one month.
2. It is best to have some legal background. Otherwise, when the supervisor is very busy or in a bad mood, they will not answer your questions.
3. When you first join, the job duties are explained roughly. After two weeks, you are expected to figure things out on your own.
4. Most of the company's employees have been there for a long time, and there are cliques. The boss does not really manage things, so those with little to do have very little to do, while new employees have a lot of work.
5. The company is small and its policies are unclear. The accountant in charge will not proactively tell you the employee regulations. If you request more than two days of annual leave, you have to take personal leave instead.
6. If you are comfortable in an environment where people often chat about everyday matters, this place is fairly suitable.
7. New employees are usually scrutinized closely. Before asking professional questions, please Google them first; if you can find the answer yourself, do not ask.
8. New employees must have the ability to predict what is needed. The company will not tell you the urgency or priority of your work.
