Pros
All colleagues other than the Empress Dowager are pretty nice.
Cons
The Empress Dowager rules from behind the curtain.
She meddles in every company matter, from major issues to the most trivial details.
She also has many personal landmines.
Step on one, and get ready to be sent flying.
