its actual benefits are comparable to those of a traditional small or medium-sized Taiwanese company

The environment feels friendly and stable

There are not many employees, and everyone holds multiple positions

Even the sales manager also has to serve as the receptionist and switchboard operator

The sales and marketing departments have relatively high turnover

Suitable for fresh graduates to gain experience and learn.
