You often have to start a large-format print job on the machine while answering the phone or replying to LINE messages, and also find time to do layout design or assist customers on site.
The noon break from 12:00 to 13:30 is for reference only. If customers come in or call, you have to handle it. Partner vendors may also deliver goods, and if a layout design job is running late, you may have to work on it while eating.
As for the boss’s family, I won’t say much. The senior employees know what they’re like.
