The colleagues are easy to get along with, but almost everyone leaves after not working there for very long.
Even though they clearly can't handle this much work, they keep piling more on. Designers work overtime until two or three in the morning... As for overtime pay... I'll say no more. The most outrageous thing is that after you leave, they withhold your salary until you finish handing everything over (this makes me extremely angry). Several times, I've felt like reporting them to the labor bureau.
