Pros
There are only three employees in the entire office, including part-timers, so there’s no issue with people playing mind games.
Cons
The company’s internal environment is very small and dirty
There are many tasks, and they’re very miscellaneous
You basically have to handle everything yourself
Also, the company is so small that you even have to help with the supervisor’s personal affairs
The supervisor has very poor emotional control
The office is often filled with a very tense atmosphere
The benefits are just ordinary—basic benefits
