Cons

Small company, terrible systems and policies. Whether money is handed out depends on the boss’s mood—in short, the kind of exploitative boss people often talk about.

The job duties cover everything under the sun. Overtime must be reported, but whether the report gets approved depends on your personal luck.

If you want to work more overtime automatically (meaning overtime without overtime pay; however, the company has a performance bonus system, so if you do a little extra to show the boss, you "might" receive a somewhat larger bonus),

you may also be questioned about whether you need to work overtime because your work ability is poor.

The company welfare fund is set at the statutory maximum of 1.5%.

A lot is deducted, but in practice there are hardly any benefits.

If you are thinking of joining, please consider it carefully.

There are no clear rules specifying what the welfare fund will be used for. Usually, group meals are arranged depending on the boss’s mood.

But it is impossible to have one every month, and there is also a spending limit for each meal.

When someone is leaving, the boss will even privately call a meeting with other colleagues to announce that there will be no farewell party, because they want to save money—but the welfare fund is still deducted as usual.

The rest are just the usual tricks employed by exploitative bosses, so I will not elaborate.

Very arrogant attitude
