Read the community guidelinesThe reception staff were very kind.
- The interview process was lengthy and showed very little respect for the interviewee's time.
1. The interview required completing an aptitude test, which took 50 minutes to finish.
2. The personal information form was excessively detailed, taking another 10–15 minutes to complete.
3. Those who finished first were interviewed first. There were five people being interviewed during the same time slot, resulting in an hour spent waiting.
- The doctor conducting the interview kept asking about private matters.
1. The parents' jobs, what they do, where they work, and their exact job titles.
2. The boyfriend's job, what he does, where he works, and his exact job title.
3. The interview lasted less than five minutes. Because the doctor had made a patient with an appointment wait for half an hour, the doctor hurried off to see the patient.
The clinic director has two clinics. This one, Ji’an, is located near Ankeng (near the Ankang Police Station bus stop), while the other, Jipin, is near Muzha National Chengchi University (near the Zhinan Police Station).
The market is not doing well! Employees generally receive low salaries. The salary discussed during the interview differs from the salary actually received while working. Full-time dental assistants may be placed on unpaid leave (you get paid only when you work; no work means no pay). Salaries are sometimes not paid on time, and the work schedules are arranged chaotically (you are often called back to work during your days off) ... They do not follow the Labor Standards Act! The turnover is high! Many parts of the system are inadequate! When I worked there, there was one month when I received a monthly salary of less than NT$20,000 (I was full-time, not part-time) ... which led to a poor quality of life!
Yet no one has ever filed a complaint with the Bureau of Labor Insurance ... sigh.
Not good! Don't go for the interview! The turnover rate is high—the workload is not proportional to the salary.
