The HR representative was very polite.
It felt like the HR representative invited me to an interview just to meet a performance quota. After I filled out the information and completed the written test, the person who came in to interview me was not the manager of the relevant department at all, but merely a specialist. Moreover, they were extremely disrespectful. After asking me to introduce myself, they perfunctorily asked a few questions, repeatedly interrupting me while I was answering. They clearly had no intention of letting me speak properly. In the end, they said, “Your experience actually doesn’t meet our needs. Usually, at this point, we look at personality traits, but there’s nothing about you that attracts me.”
