(The first 8 hours are paid at twice the regular rate, and the following 2 hours at 2.67 times the regular rate.)

5. For those who want to lose weight, walking more than 12,000 steps a day is no problem.
1. When there is a staff shortage, one person is expected to do the work of several people.
2. New machines are still brought in even when staffing is insufficient.
3. The many potholes in the floor are not repaired (you have to be very careful when pushing a cart through).
4. There are an absurdly large number of different materials, and mix-ups occasionally occur.
5. The grading system has no credibility whatsoever.
6. The instructors only talk; they do not actually help.
7. They do not train new employees properly, leaving experienced workers to struggle through.
8. The harder you work, the more tasks you get.
9. Both speed and quality are required.
(But once you push your speed to the limit, it is difficult to maintain quality as well.)
10. Phones are prohibited on the production line, yet you still see “some people” using their phones there.
11. Even though everyone is an employee, you still have to look at other people’s faces and beg them to handle things.
12. The work is extremely demanding, so the turnover rate is high.
