I interviewed for a marketing position, but the interviewer may not have had much interviewing experience. After entering the meeting room, they remained silent for a while. I finally couldn’t stand the stagnant atmosphere and took the initiative to go through everything from my self-introduction to my areas of expertise. After learning more about the job, I discovered that this position was created “only” to meet the sales targets of the observation deck, although this was not stated in the job description. This led me to mistakenly think during the interview that it involved marketing Taipei 101. I also felt that the company was not genuinely interested in developing marketing or its brand image; the only KPI was ticket revenue. People who are passionate about marketing are advised not to apply. After the interview, you may start questioning your life...
A certain job opening for a customer service representative at X Taiwan: The staff is never fully staffed, and the supervisor's temperament is unpredictable. They only know how to scold people and are highly emotional, while merely flattering their superiors. Toward their subordinates, they enjoy mocking others; if they take a dislike to any part-time or full-time employee, they tell them to resign. No one can do anything about them. Office romances are prohibited. They often say, "Crossing the bridge as we go"; they force employees to work during typhoons, and use performance evaluations to threaten employees over everything, turning the department into complete chaos... If everyone can accept this kind of supervisor, you are welcome to apply!!!!
