Read the community guidelines1. After submitting a résumé, I received a response from HR inviting me to an interview within three days, so job applicants do not have to wait too long.
2. The interviewer was friendly and clearly explained the potential challenges of the position instead of only talking about the positive aspects.
3. After the interview, the interviewer walked me to the entrance. I could feel the respect shown toward job applicants.
I was not informed in advance that I would need to take an aptitude test during the interview. Fortunately, I remembered to bring a pen!
