Everyone in the Touch Control department has their eyes on top of their heads
They think far too highly of themselves
They even demand “honesty, responsibility, and a willingness to learn new technologies” on 104
Honesty?!
The most dishonest people are the ones demanding honesty
They even demand honest contributions of new technologies
Demanding new technologies all day—can that really protect Assistant Manager Hsieh’s position?!
Almost the entire Silicon Integrated Systems building has been rented out to others
Yet there are actually still people applying for algorithm engineer positions
They care a lot about employees’ physical condition
The touch department was originally the graphics chip department.
Later, it was changed into the touch department.
After discovering that the touch business could not be developed successfully, it has now been changed again into a department making immersive live-streaming boxes.
This department has major problems.
1. Distorted and biased thinking
They require new hires to become immediately effective simply by following their procedures.
Most of them graduated in computer science,
so new employee training is based on the computer science system.
However, they do not know how to teach people.
When you ask questions, they directly avoid them,
and in the end they still will not tell you the answer.
They even believe that forming cliques is only something relevant to people from computer science or mathematics backgrounds,
so recruitment is limited to people from computer science- or mathematics-related fields.
Yet they also need expertise in other technologies.
They are currently recruiting for 1. Image Background Removal Algorithm Engineer and 2. Computer Vision Algorithm Engineer.
Previously, they asked interviewees to share their technical expertise and did not restrict applicants by academic field.
Now, however, they require job applicants to be honest and to have a computer science- or mathematics-related background.
This is serious discrimination against job applicants.
Sorry, but the image technology discussed in the original interview could likewise be implemented,
so I was not lying.
2. A very serious seniority system
Those who join first act arrogantly.
They will put on an act,
and even after collectively humiliating you, they still will not teach you anything related to the job.
Senior management and HR know about this,
but they still preserve this custom.
In addition, Silicon Integrated Systems has already been declining.
It rents out the building’s other floors to other companies.
There were also large-scale layoffs in the past.
They also spread untrue rumors at other companies.
The department is now mainly composed of women.
The two touch-department managers both prefer women.
Oh, right—
especially that fat touch-department manager.
He secretly looks at the large breasts of female subordinates who have boyfriends, then shyly turns his head away.
So innocent ^.<
The garden is beautiful
Sally Huang spreads rumors everywhere.
Sally Huang is a complete spoiled princess who comments on the men within the company. She approaches handsome men like a lecherous jerk, while imagining that all the unattractive ones are interested in her—a delusional pervert.
Yet she even treats this narcissistic inner monologue stemming from her princess syndrome as an evaluation and spreads it indiscriminately to other companies.
After all, no matter how disgusting and spoiled she is, being a woman is the best
