Some people are difficult to get along with. In particular, there is a PM with the surname You in the Sales Department who lures people in and then transfers them to sales. If you do not meet his expectations, he will ask you to leave.
Good attitude
If the location is far from home, you can simply not notify me to come for an interview.
Punctual working hours, with little pressure
1. The company has virtually no benefits to speak of. Even employee outings follow itineraries designed for the elderly; overnight trips are not allowed because they are considered too dangerous???
2. This is a company for people looking to coast until retirement. The company employs a great many redundant staff.... If you're young, don't join! They judge people by age, not ability. If you're older and looking for a company where you can coast until retirement, you might consider coming here—as long as you're good at talking your way through things.
3. Also, the IT staff are terrible. The chubby one is either sleeping or nowhere to be found, while the manager knows nothing and has nothing to do… Whenever you ask them to handle something, they just keep passing the buck.
4. No salary adjustments for years....
5. Although the official end of the workday is 5:50 p.m., the chairman likes to see people staying late and even checks your clock-in records to see whether you stayed until 6:30 p.m. You have to do this 90 times a year. It's extremely bizarre.
6. There is no real system in place; everything is decided by the higher-ups. Some of those higher-ups make you wonder whether their brains are working properly—I'm talking about you, A-Zhou.
