Many employees are family members, and the boss is very stingy. During typhoons, employees are told to open the windows because it’s cool enough, and they aren’t allowed to turn on the air conditioning.

Meetings every day; you can't leave work on time. Even if your scheduled finishing time is 5 p.m., leaving at 7 p.m. will still get you criticized for leaving too early and having too little to do. Low salary, with overtime pay.
