Cons
Colleagues like to compare themselves with newcomers, and the long-time employees are difficult to get along with. For example, a senior colleague might say that newcomers should understand things with just a brief explanation, but they often require newcomers to explain everything clearly. Even when newcomers give technically correct answers, they may sometimes still be scolded by senior colleagues.
