Pros

Doesn't lay people off

Cons

I was in charge on the production line—thank goodness I’ve logged out!!~

1. You absolutely can’t leave before your supervisor. The supervisor will sarcastically say, “The person assigned the task has left—who’s going to do it?”

2. There’s no overtime pay and no compensatory leave. The supervisor will say your efficiency is terrible, so you can’t report it.

3. Reports are always sent back three to five times before approval. The supervisor says that sending them back means they’ve reviewed them.

4. The supervisor sends submissions back, causing deductions for overdue follow-ups, which is infuriating. The things the supervisor requires just feel really stupid.

5. If you can’t finish your work, come to the company on Saturdays and Sundays as a volunteer—no pay and no compensatory leave.

Pros

You don't have to worry about what to wear every day because you wear a uniform.

The tasks are very simple.

Fresh? air every day.

Cons

I don't know what I'm doing, and my supervisor doesn't know what they're doing either. There are a bunch of question marks in my head—what are they actually doing?

Playing hot potato with responsibilities is so much fun.

Young people, don't come here—this place will instantly wear away your passion.

Every day, just make phone calls, chat, and put on an act. Even if you do more, the company won't pay you more.

The company has a lot of rules, and there are many documents that must be handwritten. When you change jobs, you can say that you write very quickly. They want to learn Japanese people's rules but only do half the job—what exactly are they thinking?

In summary, from top to bottom, their ideas, methods, and behavior are all baffling. After joining, it feels like I inhale their psychedelic air every day. Everything about the factory environment is basically a product of a bygone era... If you want to experience a nostalgic industrial style, join immediately!!

After working overtime every day, I go home wondering whether I'm really useless. Then I quietly started looking for a new job. I've gotten out—do you want to go in? :)

Pros

The only advantage is that there are only disadvantages.

Cons

The company is full of old-timers, and newcomers use their fresh energy to boost the old-timers’ performance.

Although your position is higher than that of the technicians, you are often harassed by the technicians on the shop floor.

Engineers are expected to fabricate data in order to show improved performance to supervisors for reporting to upper management. In reality, the company does not genuinely resolve the underlying problems, which continue to cause product defects and financial losses.

The section manager will also give you a very low performance rating because you did not meet the things they required of you.

For example:

1. Spend your own time volunteering to work overtime at the company on holidays to prepare reports.

2. Go to meetings they do not want to attend and give reports beyond your level, reporting to plant managers and senior specialists.

3. Fail to answer a late-night phone call from the shop floor.

4. Call the shop floor to confirm the previous day’s abnormalities before leaving for work in the morning.

5. After clocking out at five, come back on your own to work overtime until eight or nine at night.

They will also find time to speak pleasantly about your work progress and show concern for you, but in reality, they just want to chew you out mercilessly.

Think twice before joining.

Pros

This company is extremely disrespectful to interviewees. It sends out interview invitations indiscriminately without reviewing candidates’ résumés, such as inviting me—a chemist—when it clearly needed chemical engineering talent. After the written test, they dismissed me and sent me away, then sent another identical invitation a week later. The HR team is highly unprofessional. The salary is also mediocre.
