The internal company environment is very good, and the people are easy to get along with.
Some colleagues are a bit strange.

The company’s internal work environment is very poor. The entire building is as dark as a haunted house. After I had been there for a few days, the restrooms still had not been cleaned, and the trash cans were overflowing, with garbage piled on the floor—it was extremely disgusting.
During the pandemic, supervisors and foreign workers often pulled down their masks to chat. Senior managers would even threaten employees, saying they would be fired if they could not do the work. Although employees were hired as production-line operators, they were also required to go downstairs to help move cargo containers, without any additional pay. There was also excessive overtime, in violation of the Labor Standards Act, among many other problems—far too many and outrageous to list.
