This company frequently advertises openings for information-related positions. I interviewed there once last year. At the time, they said the position was urgent, but because they were continuing to interview other candidates, they would decide whom to hire within one month at the latest. However, over the past two years, I have seen this company repost the same position from time to time. Looking back on the interview, both the interviewer and the HR representative acted very superior and were reluctant to discuss the job responsibilities, yet they were very concerned about what you could do for the company. I already felt somewhat uncomfortable at the time.... Later, I noticed that the company’s job posting would close and reopen periodically..... Surely there must be some problem with this position, otherwise they would not be unable to retain people!!
Regular day shifts, an alternative responsibility-based work system with overtime pay, and the company organizes relatively many activities.
Starting full salary is NT$25,000–26,000; base salary is under NT$23,000.
The job necessarily involves carrying heavy items weighing 10–50 kg, at least 10 times a day. The work is not simply monitoring equipment; there are countless miscellaneous hassles.
The workplace may have extremely low temperatures (below -10°C) or high temperatures (above 37°C). There are many steam pipes, making burns likely.
Regular overtime is required; whenever there are many product orders, overtime is also required on holidays.
Regular flexible overtime is required (for example, getting off work at 5 p.m., returning at 8 p.m., and working until 10 p.m.; this does not apply to every department).
Employees must take turns working overtime on holidays to inspect equipment (one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon).
New employees receive no benefits during the three-month probationary period (if the probationary period overlaps with the year-end bonus period, you will not receive even a penny).
Employees who have worked for less than one year receive no profit-sharing bonus; the three traditional holiday cash gifts are paid proportionally for employees with less than one year of service.
First-year annual income is approximately NT$400,000 (and may be less).
The first half-hour of overtime is unpaid and counted as break time (although there is no break and work continues. One hour of overtime is actually counted as 0.5 hours, and two hours as 1.5 hours).
The parking lot is completely outdoors and not located within the company premises. The employee cafeteria’s dishes are like those served in a military training center cafeteria.
