During the interview process, I was constantly dismissed and criticized by the marketing manager :)
They even judged my field of study, which I graduated from, as being from a diploma mill. I was truly speechless and didn’t know what to say.

The supervisor forces employees to work overtime and acts as though she is completely justified, including overtime that seriously violates the Labor Standards Act. She gets angry if her LINE messages are not answered and forces employees to reply to every message she sends. She has also been at the company for several decades and is completely a dinosaur of a supervisor.

A bunch of useless old-timers who use their seniority to bully newcomers. The infighting is intense, making it suitable for flatterers. If you perform better than your manager, you’ll be sidelined.

HR is completely useless and can hardly be considered HR. They get the Labor Standards Act completely wrong. The managers are all old, with rigid thinking. The company has suffered heavy losses for many years and is Yulon’s most loss-making business.
