5. There is no personal life; ideally, work should be your entire life. Leaving work on time will earn you dirty looks, and taking work home is considered only natural.
6. If you know English or other foreign languages, machine translation will become another one of your job responsibilities.
If you want the job responsibilities described above, don’t hesitate—apply immediately!
1. Improve the company’s self-developed Dimerco Plus system; employees should not waste most of their time cutting and pasting and checking self-created Excel reports made by cutting and pasting.
2. The supervisor’s ideas are not absolutely correct.
3. Do not maliciously dismiss employees. Using reasons such as company regulations or being busy during an audit period is illegal.
4. Subordinates are people too and have self-respect. No matter how much pressure the marketing department is under, supervisors should not casually yell at subordinates.
Besides receiving a monthly salary, there are also quarterly bonuses.
Everyone below the assistant manager level in the department is very nice and willing to share.
There are too many long-serving employees. It is suitable for coasting toward retirement, but if you have ambitions, or cannot understand inefficient work and somewhat outdated systems, it is still recommended that you not join.
