The interview was extremely lengthy and a waste of time. It was unprofessional and disrespectful to the candidate. The interviewer could not answer the candidate’s professional questions related to the job and had an arrogant attitude.
After working there for a few years, the compensation is quite good for Taichung. Master's graduates with no experience start at least at NT$40,000. However, the company's R&D goals keep changing, about once a week, so every week it feels as though the previous week's work was for nothing. Business trips to mainland China are also fairly frequent. That said, the situation still depends on the department.
