I initially thought the negative reviews about 天眼通 were just about another department.

I never expected to encounter an old-timer who is exceptionally good at making things difficult for others.

This place is completely a foreign company on the outside but a Taiwanese company at its core.

Cliques are a serious problem; it is completely a one-person-shows-all situation among colleagues from the Taiwanese-company era.

The company’s values say that every employee should “Speak up.”

Go ahead and Speak up—just be careful, because you may never be able to speak again.

“Own your request” is also complete bullshit.

Whatever the old-timers are too lazy to do, they will try their best to dump on newcomers.

If you don’t want to do it, you will be jointly attacked and besieged with all kinds of excuses.

Those with a background in political science should think twice before considering this place.

They are highly skilled at messing with people.

The only advantage is probably that the annual leave is more generous than at typical Taiwanese companies, but you still need to have the time to take it......

This company is notorious in the industry for working people to the bone, and its reputation among peers is not very good either......

Managers don't need to guide their subordinates. When you ask questions, you always get answers like "that's just how it is, this and that." When employees make mistakes, it's the employees' problem—they're "not qualified," and it has nothing to do with the manager. The manager only needs to do a good job of being a long-serving veteran, and once the time comes, they can get promoted—how wonderful!

They fire employees they don't take a liking to without any compelling reason. In between, middle managers will repeatedly and suddenly call you into meetings, saying they want to evaluate your work performance. All the feedback makes you feel like they're nitpicking; no matter what employees do, it's wrong. In the end, they can work together to produce a "proof" report for HR claiming that you're "not qualified," then tell you to leave. HR will also collude with them to "half-force" you into choosing voluntary resignation (if you choose voluntary resignation, then when your next company conducts a reference check, they won't "say anything bad")....

If you have a better option, don't come here!
