Most colleagues are pretty good overall; whenever there are difficulties, we help one another.
Cons
Management positions are all given to yes-men (the general manager), along with parachuted-in managers. If you have connections, nothing is a problem—it's a true reflection of society. To work here, all you need to do is latch onto one powerful person.
