Read the community guidelinesMost colleagues are very friendly
The CEO is overly emotional, impossible to communicate with, and will inexplicably single out employees.
When in a bad mood, the CEO makes sarcastic remarks implying that employees are worthless and not smart enough, while boasting about how capable they are.
But in fact, the CEO is not good at management at all and is quite a slacker.
If you can stay for six months, that would already be impressive....

It feels a bit like HR is working toward performance targets: once you apply, they immediately schedule a phone interview. The second interview includes an engineer and the boss, but there aren't really any discerning technical questions; it feels more like casual conversation.
They ask about your salary at your previous company and your current offer, and apparently don't have much of a standard for determining compensation.
The salary is good
My colleagues are very friendly and clearly capable
There isn't much overtime
The boss has very strong ideas of their own. If you don't do things according to the boss's instructions, you will often get severely reprimanded. Moreover, the boss shows no mercy when scolding people, leaving you feeling utterly humiliated. The shouting is often so loud that it can be heard from the other end of the office, and the boss will also scold you for things you didn't do or for other unrelated matters. Work goals and strategies also keep changing, making them difficult to follow.
The boss is very emotional, so you need a high EQ to work here. It’s a good place to train yourself to be more emotionally intelligent. The boss often doesn’t come into the office but likes to use LINE to contact people about work. If you happen to be busy and don’t reply to his messages quickly, or don’t respond on weekends or days off, he will harshly berate you. He sends messages anywhere from seven or eight in the morning to eight or nine at night.
