The interviewer was a bald old man, reportedly a vice president. He was very sarcastic and loved bragging about how capable he was; he was exceptionally skilled at empty talk and flattery.

There is air conditioning.
Cons
There are too many.
Especially, whatever you do, don't go to the Manufacturing Section 1.
If they transfer you to Manufacturing Section 1, you might as well go home.
Because there are quite a lot of bad people in Manufacturing Section 1.
