Read the community guidelinesGood environment
There is absolutely no basis for the standards used to assess products.
Only specifications and dimensions are judged based on their size as remembered from memory.
Whether something is good or bad is ambiguous, so you need to have a very strong ability to withstand pressure.
Even if you ask anyone, they can only give you an ambiguous answer.
The same issue may receive different answers when asked on different dates.
Senior colleagues will not verify anything; they will only tell you that it should probably be okay.
Good environment, travel allowance, and currently at least two months’ year-end bonus.
The workload for operators is extremely, super, super heavy!!!
(The basic labor wage = all allowances plus the base salary)
If you are absent, your perfect-attendance bonus will also be deducted.
If you want a meal, the meal fee will be deducted on weekdays (one meal on a weekday).
(Overtime pay is provided for overtime on both weekdays and holidays, but meals are not provided and there is no meal allowance.)
If you unfortunately get selected by Q, a disciplinary notice will be issued, affecting your performance rating and year-end bonus.
Of course, you will also be reprimanded, but most of the time it is not the employee’s own fault;
it is caused by product issues. New employees there, regardless of which station they work at,
all resign in less than three months. There are many long-time employees (between 30 and 40 years old).
New employees encounter the same problem points there.
Experienced employees can skip them, but new employees will definitely be subject to particularly "strict" standards,
so basically, the orders cannot all be completed.

There is severe infighting within the department, and the salary is very low....
