When laying off employees, they directly tell them not to come into the office and lock their accounts. It was the same after changing the name to Meihau Securities. During the interview, they make many grand promises; when laying employees off, they say that the employees’ dreams cannot be realized here and tell them to leave. The whole thing is just baffling.
Punctual clocking in and out
After completing the three-month probationary period, you will be issued a uniform. If you leave or are terminated before completing one year, calculated from the uniform fitting date, you must share the cost of the uniform.
No severance pay upon leaving
They first call people in for interviews, then a few days later tell you in the afternoon not to come in the next day
They give you a voluntary resignation form to sign—this efficiency is truly impressive
