Vietnamese factory,

Because the supervisor is very demanding, coworkers tend to develop a strong sense of camaraderie, and they are generally easy to get along with.
There are never any salary increases—you only get benefits if you make a fuss. In practice, you have to seek a promotion or submit your resignation (the boss will only offer a raise if they want to retain you). There are tons of miscellaneous tasks, and your finishing time depends on the department; previously, I almost never left on time. Overtime pay? I have no idea what that is. Most long-term employees live nearby. If you want to make money, think twice before coming here—unless you are very good at ingratiating yourself, in which case you will be promoted quickly!

A girl who just escaped the trap
Salary adjustments are very infrequent and are mainly based on performance within the company.
Basically, adjustments are made only when there is a job promotion (though there are still exceptions).
The benefits are average. Domestic employee trips are free each year, and there is approximately NT$5,000 in assistance for overseas trips.
Overtime must be recorded in two-hour increments,
but overtime pay is generally still provided.
Almost never gives raises! A company with very few benefits!!!
