The colleagues and supervisors in sales are all super nice—top-notch 👍🏻
Cons
The turnover rate in sales is extremely high.
The workload explodes not long after joining.
They don't care whether there are enough staff; as long as customers come in, they take them on.
Communication between departments is also extremely poor.
It's one thing for customers outside to lose their minds, but occasionally colleagues from other departments will even pile on.
Some of the back-office staff have pretty twisted and disgusting personalities.
There's not much tolerance for newcomers.
