This was my first time encountering an interview where the candidate was expected to turn on the lights in the meeting room and sit there waiting. On top of that, despite having scheduled an interview with the interviewer, they did not have time to attend and casually asked a colleague to act as the interviewer. It was truly awful.... The benefits were also very poor. I really do not recommend this company.
